Laura!

Ready to Roll! This weekend we took a trip to Blacksburg.

We were so happy to see Granny! Here we are eating pretzels and playing go fish.

We spent the night with Anne and John and had a great time!

Rebecca got to eat her first banana split. She loved it!! She said, "Aunt Anne, you are the best cooker ever!" She is at the age where everything she says is so cute because she doesn't quite get it right. The other day she asked to have a piece of my water. And she still doesn't say her "S"es. Adorable.

This morning she got left over whipped cream sprayed directly into her mouth. She really loves staying at Anne and John's. I don't blame her.

Granny took us all to IHOP for brunch. It was great! Other than Laura laying in the floor and having a fit at the very end of our meal the girls did really good.

Today was so pretty!!

Rebecca got to ride the bike she got for Christmas for the first time.

More Snow

It snowed again!

So much snow! I think we got eight inches.

Rebecca loved it! Bless her heart, pajamas as snow gear.

That face! I think Laura is still a little bit too little for the snow. She liked being outside but wanted to be held the entire time.

Goodwood! The best hill in the neighborhood. Rebecca was fearless.

Silly! Three days of snowy togetherness. There were a lot of pajamas worn all day and very few bathes.

Before the snow Rebecca had her first x-rays at the dentist.

Friday was Valentine's Day! Matt brought home flowers and cupcakes for the girls!

Circus

Rebecca!

Spices and bowls! We get these out almost every night. Why do I buy toys?

We had a good weekend! Story time at the library.

And we got to see Alison!! These two girls had so much fun!

Everyone came over to our house for super on Saturday.

We were so glad to see Mandy and Alison even if it was just for a night.

On Sunday we went to the circus with the Anders. Will and Matt were on speaker phone the day before and Will asked Rebecca was there was at the circus. Rebecca said, "Popcorn, ice cream and cotton candy!" Will said he thought there were Elephants at the circus and Rebecca said, "Yeah, and popcorn!"

It really was exciting. Thankfully there weren't any villains or scary parts so Rebecca liked it. And I let Laura eat her weight in popcorn so she liked it, too.

Snow

Laura!

It snowed!! I'm not sure what is going on with this soft focus. I let the girls play with my phone all the time and it think the lens just got dirty. #smudgyfingersfilter

Matt took the Rebecca sledding- so fun!! We split the time out of work and got a babysitter but I still managed to miss 12 hours last week. Our daycare will shut down if there is even a hint of a snowflake.

Laura helped Matt make up some of his time by writing his financial statements for him. I think she's going to be left handed. She is getting bigger everyday! This week she started saying Oma and dog.

Still waking up- perfectly accessorized. We made a deal with Rebecca that if after she goes to bed, we don't see her or hear her until 6 in the morning she gets a sticker on her sleep chart. Then if she gets five stickers she gets to go to the Dollar Tree and pick out anything she wants in the whole store.

And this is what she chose. Creepy.

Pizza party! This weekend we had Elexa over to play. So much fun!

And went to a bunny birthday party!

Where there were real bunnies dressed up like princesses. Real bunnies!!

Ballerina superhero!

The weather was so pretty on Sunday- 63 degrees. Laura has really been into wearing hats lately and Rebecca picked this one out for her. We went for a walk and stopped to talk to some neighbors. Rebecca said, "I"m a ballerina superhero and this is my sister, Santa!" So cute!
