April showers! The girls have really enjoyed their rain boots

Sweet Rebecca got the stomach bug. I feel like I lucked out though because she slept all night, got sick a few times in the morning, took a long nap and was completely fine.

That afternoon we made muffins and chicken pot pies.

Baseball!! We went to the Dash game on Saturday and had a great time. We sat behind home plate and there was a guy sitting near us who must have been a scout. He was big, had tattoos, was wearing a Harley shirt and had a long white beard. Laura said, "Is that Santa?!"

Becca Boo! The other day we were going to go play outside. I was helping Laura with her shoes and told Rebecca she could go ahead and go outside but she had to stay in the back yard. When Laura and I came outside I couldn't find Rebecca and and walked around the side of the house to look for her. As I was coming around the corner she was coming back to the back yard and as soon as our eyes met she knew she was in trouble. She said, "I'm sorry Mama, I just lost my mind."

School was also closed Easter Monday so Abby came over to watch the girls. They had a great day and made this awesome sidewalk chalk town.

This crazy girl had a check up and she's doing great! Still 90% for height and 50% for weight.

We had a great weekend! Baby Liddy!!

And Charlie! We had the Anders over on Saturday and it was so much fun! Such a beautiful day!

Saturday night was Granny Foda's 93rd birthday party/family reunion!

And Sunday was the zoo!!

Rebecca said, "I see the lion king!"

The Asheboro zoo is so awesome! The animals seem like they have so much space and there is so much natural shade.

School was closed for Good Friday so the girls got to spend the day at their Oma's. Here they are dying eggs with Cousin Riley.

Easter baskets! They girls got bathing suits and tons of peeps. Rebecca asked me if bought her the peeps and without thinking I said yeah. Then she asked me if I was the Easter bunny and I just couldn't lie to her so I said I was. Later that morning she asked me if I was the Easter bunny for all children.

We got dressed up for Church!

It was such a nice day! We were driving home for school this week and Rebecca said God is going to come back down to the Earth. I said that's right and she said, "Maybe he will stay at our house!"

We went to Oma's for Easter dinner and an Easter egg hunt!

Mother May I! On Saturday we went to Blacksburg and had the best time!! Granny got the girls all kinds of Easter treats, we played so many fun games and grilled out for super.

Friday Matt's group of boy scout friends got some big scouting award, everyone came over to our house for the State game and the Baucom's spent the night. Sophia is Peruvian and apparently chimpanzee really is spanish for monkey.

It was cold this weekend but the last few days have been so nice! Here we are at the dragon park where the girls made a new friend, Neo. Rebecca kept calling him Cleo. Hilarious.
